Bought a new finch in April. Weren't able to use it until Christmas. Then again in January. Discovered the 12volt fridge didn't work and tried to arrange a service appointment to check the issue. Service department laughed at me and said July at the earliest. I said that was unacceptable as the vehicle was useless without a fridge. I was told to ring around their (Jayco) service agents. All said no. No warranty work until July at the earliest and one said just no". This is my 3rd can and unfortunately service is the same no matter the dealer. Rubbish product

Received very good service. My trailer was already out of warranty but my tail lights still had manufacturers warranty. Took the lights back and within 2 days was sorted. JP took the time to help me with a sub component warranty, that’s really after sales service that not many companies do. Had Ivan and Jeff help me. No fuss, just straight simple customer service. Would highly recommend John Papas trailers if you want to be taken care of even after the sale.

Booked caravan in for wheel alignment, unfortunately this business failed to advise they never had the correct equipment to perform the task. Instead the old fashioned bush repair technique was used resulting in one tyre scrubbing heavily in less than 3000K. Reported issue to Cam the owner who didn’t want to help and no refund offered.New wheel alignment done with correct equipment by Driving Wheels and van is running great again.Would not recommend!!

I found Fremantle Trailers after a google search and opted for them as they were closest to home .Shane the Manager had a can do attitude to my request to modify my trolley for my boat tender .It was not a big or expensive job but I was treated like a valuable customer and the job was completed overnight .Will go there again in a shot and will word of mouth recommend them where and when I can .

Wanted a custom super lite weight camper I could tow behind my Suzuki jimny, that could tackle some harsh tracks. Approached duralite and they were happy to take it on. Built exactly what I wanted in the time frame. Super strong alloy construction and only weighing a few hundred kgs.Thanks guys!
