Received very good service. My trailer was already out of warranty but my tail lights still had manufacturers warranty. Took the lights back and within 2 days was sorted. JP took the time to help me with a sub component warranty, that’s really after sales service that not many companies do. Had Ivan and Jeff help me. No fuss, just straight simple customer service. Would highly recommend John Papas trailers if you want to be taken care of even after the sale.

In December 2022 We bought a 7x5 box tilt trailer with a tool box on the a frame and a 600mm High cage from John Papas Trailers. Very happy with the trailer and the staff were exceptional to deal with. The workmanship and quality of the trailer is exceptional and I will be going back when we need another trailer.

Customer service was excellent. Ivan went out of his way to help pick up our new boat trailer. Trailer came in earlier than quoted and a very stress free transaction. Value for money. We would highly recommend their business.

Very poor the week I ordered the trailer the man I spoke to was excellent but when I went to pick it up it was pouring rain and storming I ask for a little help and the man on was very rude and said no, so no very good service at all would have went elsewhere if I'd not already purchased the trailer.
