Excellent service from start to finish! Took my renovated vintage caravan in for axle, bearing and brake upgrade. Roland could not have been more helpful, from initial assessment to job completion less than 8 days! Would certainly recommend these guys in the future!!

Booked camper in for inspection, adding of Elecbrakes and modifying of draw bar. Tony picked up the camper as I couldn’t drop it off and carried out all work quickly and answered all my questions. Recommend for any trailer work.

Tow-Safe were amazing. I needed a gross vehicle mass, GVM, upgrade on my boat trailer and they gave me all the information I needed to get this done. They first inspected the trailer, listed what parts that needed upgrading and when I got this done they were ready with the paperwork. I did the work myself, but they have a great workshop if that's not your thing. I can't recommend these guys high enough. Also they worked hand in hand with All Autos who will be doing the trailer inspection for licencing purposes.

Had my Avan caravan serviced at Towsafe and was pleasantly surprised at the friendly service and pricing. The quote was lower than a local caravan dealer and more convenient. I was very pleased with the service and advice I was given and the bill was lower than expected. I would recommend giving them a chance to service your caravan.

We had a unique challenge for caravan garage storage (due to height restrictions) that could not be solved by readily available options. Towsafe were most helpful with our challenge, addressing it with a practical bespoke and cost effective solution in a timely manner.

BEST in the business.Towsafe were recommended to me by multiple people. I took my boat trailer to them as it needed a fair bit of work, Tony and Roland replaced my leaf springs, rewired my lights, replaced the brakes and jockey wheel. Everything was done to a good standard and I will definitely be returning (Y)Ben

Tony and the team at Towsafe are fantastic. Had my boat trailer brakes replaced a couple of months ago and noticed a sound. Assumed it was the new brake pads at first. Didn't go away so contacted them to have a look. Tony fitted me in straight away and fixed it on the spot.Very reasonably priced as well.Thanks again

Had my trailer safety chains changed by a very well manner young mechanic who is very capable and diligent. The workmanship is very good and the price is very reasonable. Got him to check and change the electrical cable of the trailer as well. Very pleased with the work. I would Tow-Safe for anything to do with Trailers.

Absolute pleasure the deal with this company and the man who helped me on the day after hours when he actually didn’t have too. His name is Rowland and I called in after hours on Saturday and he was looking to go home. Made me feel as though nothing was a problem and even seemed to very much want to help me with my issue. Booked the boat trailer in for an annual check over left it in the safe hands of Tony and his team. Tony gave me a call later to discuss the inspection along with recommendations and pricing. Very happy to proceed very reasonably priced and collected the boat trailer the same day. Definitely beats trying to do things yourself leave it to the professionals.
