Refrigeration electrical issue - fitted me in on short notice. Quickly diagnosed and fixed.Couldn’t be happier with this pleasant and professional operation.

We had a new Dust Reduction system fitted to our New Age caravan and we are very impressed with the quality of workmanship carried out. We want to thank all the workshop crew and the friendly office staff for their help. We will be return customers for sure.

I have now had two jobs done at c/van King, 1st was half a side replaced on the van at the same time checking for water leaks. 2nd was a full electrical brake check, testing and adjustment. Each time I have found them first class in every way. Every staff member I dealt with was fantastic. Thumbs up to C/van King. If you haven't used them yet; try them .Thanks team.Clint. ¹

Purchased a 20year old caravan at the lower end of the market (12k). Payed deposit then it took 2 follow up phone calls to get invoice so we could pay for it and pick it up at the date we had organised. On the day we picked it up 1 brake light was out but thought it was due to new trailer plug fitted to my car. When I fixed it a couple of days later it wasn't my car it was a rusted out fitting on the caravan. So was obviously faulty for a long while. First trip in the van we had a water leak which flooded the floor. Both gas bottles we're extremely loose in the mountings. Also the hose connector to the outside of the van didn't have an o ring which I had to get before connecting the hose. All things that should of been checked in the thorough service we were told it had before we picked it up. When we told them after the trip they apologized and said they would fix it free of charge. As I said I will fix it myself then I know it's done and those things should of been picked up in the full service they said they had done.Response to ownerThey aren't my disappointments they are your failings. As I said in my review you have apologised and you did offer to repair the faults in the caravan. Over the two phone calls we had or should I say numerous,the issues we experienced should have been picked up in the service you told us it had. The issues are now fixed along with the 3 others I found which I might add again should of been picked up in the service.

Above and beyond. Corey (the owner) just happened to be there on Saturday morning packing for a fishing trip later that day. He was kind enough to search the closed workshop for spare parts we needed for a semi-urgent repair. Not only that, but he actually came out in the rain and effected the repair for us on the spot as we were continuing north. Exceptional.

Great work. Good communication. On time. On budget. Had a gas space heater and a Carafan installed.Workmanship looks great. Have used CK before and happy with that experience as well.

Previously had work done on our 5th Wheeler, & extremely happy with both work & service. Just picked van up today from having some more work done, service fantastic & will happily let you know how the van is when we get home in October. Cheers.
